Minimum hire is 1 hour, but you are welcome to play longer during business hours.

Yes, we welcome patrons of all ages.
Patrons under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

When hiring any of our games, patrons may be asked to leave a valid ID when equipment is issued.

All equipment must be returned at the end of your session, at which point your ID will be returned.

Regular and loyal patrons may not be required to leave an ID at staff discretion.

Any ID left unclaimed will be held for a short period. If not collected, it will be handed in to the local police station.

All patrons must respect the equipment, play safely, and follow staff instructions at all times.

The following rules apply within the premises:

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. GENERAL CONDUCT
• All patrons must behave in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment of others.
• Offensive or aggressive behaviour, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated.
• Any illegal activities, including substance abuse or gambling are strictly prohibited.

2. ENTRY
• All patrons must check in at the front counter before entering the playing area.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
• The venue is open to all ages, but minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. DRESS CODE
• Appropriate attire is required at all times.
• No offensive or inappropriate clothing, including clothing with explicit language or imagery.
• Shoes must be worn at all times (e.g., no bare feet).

5. BEHAVIOR TOWARDS STAFF
• Patrons are expected to treat all staff members with respect and courtesy.
• Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards staff will result in immediate removal from the venue and may involve further legal action.
• Staff have the right to enforce venue rules and their instructions must be followed without argument.

6. SMOKING AND VAPING
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• No smoking and vaping within 4 metres of an entrance outside of the premises.

7. DRINKS AND FOOD
• No alcohol is permitted in the venue.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted in the venue without prior approval from a Staff member.

8. BEHAVIOR AROUND TABLES
• Players are expected to take turns and wait for their designated playtime in both billiards and table tennis.
• Spectators should avoid standing too close to tables and avoid distracting players.
• Players must respect the rules of pool and table tennis as well as the decisions of the venue staff regarding play.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Patrons are encouraged to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.

10. NOISE
• Loud or disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise inside and outside of the venue is prohibited.

11. EVENTS AND BOOKINGS
• Patrons are advised to make prior reservations for special events, group bookings or tournaments.
• Management reserves the right to prioritize reserved bookings during busy times.

12. COVID-19/HEALTH PROTOCOLS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Masks and social distancing may be required based on local health guidelines.
• Patrons showing symptoms of illness are advised not to enter the venue.

13. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
• The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask patrons to leave if they are found violating any of the conditions of entry or engaging in disruptive behaviour.

14. AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• The venue management reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.
• Updated conditions will be posted prominently for public viewing.
