    P    lease note: Friday and Saturday nights can be very busy and bookings are recommended for Family or Groups bookings.
    Walk-ins may experience a 15 to 30 minute wait.

  • Minimum hire is 1 hour, but you are welcome to play longer during business hours.

  • At Galaxy Pool Lounge, we have a variety of games.

    We offer American and Chinese pool tables, Snooker tables, Table Tennis courts, Mahjong, Poker, Foosball and a selection of Arcade Games.

  • Yes, we welcome patrons of all ages.
    Patrons under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

  • When hiring any of our games, patrons may be asked to leave a valid ID when equipment is issued.

    All equipment must be returned at the end of your session, at which point your ID will be returned.

    Regular and loyal patrons may not be required to leave an ID at staff discretion.

    Any ID left unclaimed will be held for a short period. If not collected, it will be handed in to the local police station.

    All patrons must respect the equipment, play safely, and follow staff instructions at all times.

    The following rules apply within the premises:

    • No smoking or vaping.
    • No drinks and no sitting on pool tables or table tennis tables.
    • No food or drink may be brought into the premises without staff permission.
    • No alcohol is allowed.

    Failure to follow house rules may result in loss of game time or being asked to leave the venue.

GENERAL

  • Yes, there is street parking only.

  • There is no onsite parking. Street parking only.

PARKING

  • We have American, Chinese pool tables and Snooker tables.
    All are standard size pool tables.

  • Yes, cues and chalk are provided with any pool table hire.

  • Yes, you can bring your own cue.
    Regular players can hire lockers for cue storage.

  • Yes, we run a weekly pool competition on Wednesday nights.

    Organisers and clubs are also welcome to run their own pool competitions or tournaments at our venue.

  • Yes, coaches can train players here.
    We also offer players discounted rates for practice sessions.

POOL TABLES

  • Yes, we have table tennis courts located on Level 1.

  • Yes, bats and balls are provided with any table tennis hire.
    Table Tennis Bats are $1 to hire per session.

  • Yes, coaches are welcome to train players at our venue.

  • We currently don’t run table tennis events, but organisers are welcome to run their own competitions or tournaments at out Preston venue.

TABLES TENNIS

  • Pool table hire starts from $22 per hour.
    Table tennis courts starts from $22 per hour.

  • Yes, off-peak pricing applies Monday to Friday.
    Weekends and Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge.

  • Yes, we accept most credit cards and cash.

  • Currently, we don't offer Gift Vouchers.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Yes, we sell snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
    We do not provide hot food.

  • Yes, but please ask a staff member before bringing any food or drinks into the venue.
    Alcohol is not allowed inside the premises.

FOOD & DRINKS

  • Yes, kids are welcome at Galaxy Pool Lounge.
    Patrons under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
